When you picture a RAGING HEROIN ADDICT...you DON'T picture the girl in this story!  According to The Smoking Gun, she actually is angelic, hot, and looks pretty well put together for someone on SMACK!  One recent afternoon, 25-year-old Abby Elsner of Dayton, Ohio, was driving her 2003 Honda Civic...and simultaneously shooting heroin into her arm!  A police officer pulled his squad car up next to her, and saw her pumping the nasty-ass heroin into the vein in her arm as she steered her car with her KNEES!  The stunned officer pulled her carcass over and saw her try to stash the needle in the waistband of her pants.  The officer searched the pathetic girl's car and discovered very potent heroin.  Abby and her hophead male passenger were BOTH arrested for narcotics possession.  Let's hope Abby and her friend get help and lose the dope habit...and a BIG SALUTE to the observant police officer for stopping her from more than likely causing a major traffic accident or worse!
