1. The “WIOT/Bud Light Party Cruise ” is a register-to-win contest in which a 4 day/3 night cruise for (2) people to the Bahamas from October 31 – November 3, 2008 valued at $2,625 will be given away to 1 person (meeting the necessary criteria) on August 14, 2008 via a reverse raffle.

2. To enter: Registration will take place from July 10th – August 14, 2008. You must be 21 years or older to enter and have a valid state driver's license. You may register to win at select Bud Light on-premise locations (complete listing of dates, locations and times at wiot.com) or on-air on 104.7 WIOT. Last chance registration will be offered at Six Pack on the River (2605 Broadway, Toledo) on August 14, 2008. Only 1 entry per person per 24 hours.

3. No purchase necessary to enter, compete or win the “WIOT/Bud Light Party Cruise”. ONLY 1 PARTICIPANT PER HOUSEHOLD . All participants must be 21 years of age or older and be able to produce a valid state driver's license. All participants must appear in person – you may not transfer your entry to another person(s). MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

4. Clear Channel disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue a phone call or fax due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, acts of God or otherwise.

5. Employees of Treu House of Munch, Anheuser-Busch, any of the participating Bud Light on premise locations and Clear Channel, and all of it's connected entities and their advertising agencies and employees, employees of other Toledo radio stations and Beer Distributors and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. Any participation of these persons will result in disqualification, and the prize(s) must be returned. The term “immediate” families include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarried, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and paying of any and all applicable taxes and fees. Participants must be 21 years of age or older, and a U.S. citizen. Valid state driver's license will be used to settle any disputes.

6. All other standard Clear Channel contest rules apply, including disallowing anyone who has won $1,000 or more in cash and/or prizes within the period of one (1) year.

7. To be eligible to compete and win, each finalist must have a valid state driver's license and be 21 years of age or older. “Last Chance” entry will be offered at Six Pack on the River (2605 Broadway, Toledo) until 6:50pm on Thursday, August 14, 2008. “Last Chance” entrants can become participants if pre-qualifiers forfeit their entry (deadline is 6:30pm on 8/14/08) and provided they are not in violation of any contest rules. Reverse raffle participants will not exceed 104 numbers.

8. A reverse raffle will determine the winner of the “WIOT/Bud Light “Party Cruise”. A maximum of 104 numbers will be entered into a “hopper”, and be drawn 1 by 1. The final number remaining will be the winner of the “ Party Cruise for 2” . (provided the winner is in compliance of all rules).

9. Each finalist will be given a bracelet with a number (1- 104) when they register. ONLY 1 FINALIST PER HOUSEHOLD. The number assigned to you will be the number entered into the “hopper”. The final number drawn will be the winner of the party cruise for 2 (provided the winner is not in violation of any rules).

10. Clear Channel reserves the right to disqualify any individual, if the contest rules are not followed.

11. By participating, all winners grant Clear Channel and it's related companies exclusive permission to use the entrants names, characters, photographs, voices, likenesses and biographical information in connection with the promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

12. All winners must provide Clear Channel with a valid state driver's license and their social security number before prizes are awarded. Each winner must sign Clear Channel standard release to claim the prize.

13. Clear Channel reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated a rule as outlined above, gained unfair advantage in participating in the contest or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means. This contest offer is void where prohibited. No transfer or substitution of prizes will be permitted.

14. No purchase necessary to win. Clear Channel may amend these rules at any time. Clear Channel reserves the right to discontinue the contest at any time. All standard Clear Channel rules apply.

15. Grand Prize :   A Bud Light Party Cruise for winner and one guest. Winner and guest must be at least 21 years old and have a valid passport.  Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from gateway city nearest winner’s residence to city of port (Cape Canaveral or Miami, as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion), transfers to/from ship and airport, standard double-occupancy ship accommodations for three (3) nights (unless winner chooses not to take a guest, in which case winner will have the entire cabin), all inclusive food, beverages and gratuities on board the ship and admission to a private concert for winner and one guest. Travel expected to occur between October 31, 2008 and November 3, 2008. Exact travel dates to be determined/communicated at a later date, by sponsor, in sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel/accommodations are subject to change and restrictions may apply. Anheuser-Busch, Inc./Bud Light is responsible for any necessary hotel accommodations for winner and guest prior and/or after the Bud Light Party Cruise (i.e, airline schedules, flight cancellations, etc). Winner and guest must have valid passport upon boarding the ship. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, and comply with all security requirements. Any additional ground transportation, passport fees, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Total ARV of prizes is $2,625.

Winner will receive a W-9 in the amount of $2,625 to be filed with the IRS.
